The laying of the Foundation Stone of The SunShine Village.

Project Manager Lorna Ford ,The Children, Foundation members and His Excellency the Governor of The Supreme Council of Luxor Dr Samir Farag and visitors attended a short ceremony in Luxor on the 26th June to the lay the First Foundation stone for the building of the SunShine Village . The initial building work for the Village has begun. (we hope to bring you photos on the web site shortly.)

This is indeed wonderful news for all who have supported the project this far. Only last week a baby boy joined the SunShine family making a total of 74 children receiving love and care at the project, which confirms the great need to complete the Village.

Now that the building work has begun we feel confident that we will all be celebrating the opening of the SunShine Village in the not too distant future with your help.
